We want your UrbanFold order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
