Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@urbanfold.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.
